Finished Wainscoting
I finally finished installing the wainscoting today. I used Liquid Nails and tacked them in a few places with my finish nailer. I used shims along the bottom to set them all to the same height.
Tricky part was getting the electrical outlets just right. Needed to make sure that I didn't make the cutouts too big because you need to unscrew the tabs and make sure they are on the outside of the wainscoting so the cover will be flush.
Here are some pictures. Next up is the ceiling, then carpet and trim and I'll be done (sort of)!

When do you plan on having the carpet laid and ceiling finished?

I don't know. Once it starts getting nice out I know I'll start slowing down. I'm guessing a month for the ceiling. We'll hire out the carpet so that shouldn't take too long. Just trouble finding enough money for that.

Yeah, all that stuff gets expensive. We shopped for carpet, thought we had a good deal but after buying pad, carpet paying the installer and hauling the old stuff to the dump it was over $2100 and I was budgeting $1500.

Yeah, I'm assuming $2000. Just hope it's not too much over that.

I am the sort of guy who enjoys to seek hot things. Currently I am building my personalized pv panels. I am doing it all by myself without the help of my men. I am using the internet as the only way to acheive that. I saw a truly awesome website which explains how to build solar panels and wind generators. The place explains all the steps needed for solar panel construction.
I'm not sure about how accurate the info given there iz. If some experts over here who have xp with these works can have a look and give your feedback in the thread it will be great and I'd extremely value it, cause I really lav solar panel construction.
Thanks for reading this. U guys are the best.
